Do you want to terminate the lease?

You have decided to leave your house. It is important that you terminate the rental agreement on time. You can do this easily and quickly through My Woonhave. Some rules apply when terminating the lease:

• You terminate the lease at least one month in advance
• Cancellation is only possible on the last day of the month (not halfway through the month)
• A preliminary and a final inspection will take place, so you know what to expect
• The property is delivered empty and clean, unless items are taken over by the new tenant
• If the property is delivered correctly, we will refund your deposit within 2 weeks (if applicable)
